COVID-19 has devastated large parts of our Hospitality industry and the road to recovery now involves adapting our operating practices to ensure our businesses, staff and guests are safe. The COVID-19 Hospitality Best Practice 2020 course has been deliberately curated to support anyone working within the hospitality industry with theoretical knowledge, practical skills and useful tools.
Queensland Government have mandated ALL hospitality staff MUST complete COVID Safe Training (within 2 weeks of business reopening or new staff member commencing work). The Restaurant & Catering Association have created a set of best practice guidelines to ensure businesses are safe in a COVID-19 World. Adherence to these guidelines gives businesses the best opportunity to show the dining public that their venue is safe and welcoming for dine-in customers and sets a practical set of recommendations that can be adopted within your workplace at short notice.
