Introduction

The Nationally Recognised Training BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management is designed to help working professionals improve their ability to define and manage projects while maximising productivity. The course covers project management theory, helps learners develop a structured project management methodology and identifies useful templates and tools to improve project management capability.

Workshops combine the theory behind the key learning areas of the course and receive individual or small group coaching based on their specific needs and requirements.

Post completion, you’ll be able to manage multiple aspects of projects in their entirety across a variety of contexts to best understand how to maximise the productivity of your team.

 

BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management is best for Project Managers or aspiring Project Managers – it’s less about the ‘doing’ and more about managing the project.

Entry Requirements

Eligibility rules apply to students wanting to enrol in this program with Redmako Learning including:

  • Must be aged 15 years or above
  • Students studying in Australia must be an Australian or NZ Citizen or permanent resident

Students who do not meet the residency and age criteria will not be eligible to enrol.

After enrolling in the course, each student must complete the Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) evaluation. This LLN evaluation will assist Redmako Learning in identifying each learner’s needs and the appropriate support required.

Each student must also provide their USI (Unique Student Identifier) before they will gain access to their materials. If you do not have a USI, we will provide instructions of how you can create one.

 

Course Dates

Redmako Learning’s BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management and BSB40920 CIV in Project Management Practice are delivered via virtual classes and have rolling weekly enrolments, hence the time to start creating your future is NOW!

Once enrolled, your learning is self-directed – you choose which Live Workshops you’ll attend and when. There are 9 workshops in the CIV & 12 Workshops in the Diploma which you’ll need to complete throughout the course, as well as online assessments and projects. Workshops are available each working day, each running for 60 minutes and availed on a rotating schedule (i.e the days and times each workshop runs, change from week to week), hence if the time of workshop doesn’t fit your schedule this week, don’t panic, just look to attend next week.

Course Fees & Payment Options

This program is a Traineeship, so your employer is responsible for entering into the Training Contract with you, plus providing supervision. Subsequently the responsibility for tuition fees for BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management should be discussed with your employer.
