Course Overview

This course focuses on pure hospitality, and is perfect for anyone who wants to work in roles from front of house at a bakery, to a coffee maker at a franchise coffee shop, to a waitress at a restaurant. ​

  • Course Duration – At least 12 months

A SIT30616 Certificate III in Hospitability completed through a traineeship will not only give you the qualification but the experience to go with it, making you stand out from the crowd. The hospitality industry is vast with many possibilities, students will often complete this course while at school to then have a job to support them while at university. Others use this qualification to support them while traveling as Australian qualifications are highly regarded overseas and there are always positions available in hospitality. There are many exciting opportunities for a graduate of this qualification, some possible career outcomes from this course include but are not limited to:

Entry Requirements

Eligibility rules apply to students wanting to enrol in this program with Redmako Learning including:

  • Must be aged 15 years or above
  • Students studying in Australia must be an Australian or NZ Citizen or permanent resident

After enrolling in the course, each student must complete the Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) evaluation. This LLN evaluation will assist Redmako Learning in identifying each learner’s needs and the appropriate support required.

Each student must also provide their USI (Unique Student Identifier) before they will gain access to their materials. If you do not have a USI, we will provide instructions of how you can create one.

NOTE: Students under traineeship or otherwise need to be either working part-time or full-time to enroll in the course.
