Redmako offers an exciting opportunity for you to earn while you learn, by completing a SIT30821 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Apprenticeship. This course allows you to continue attending school in order to gain your QCE and ATAR, this course will even boost your QCE points to help you graduate.

An apprenticeship can be started in grade 10, 11, or 12. Students who are interested can submit their resume to Redmako who will actively seek out a vacancy for them, the student will then need to interview/trail for the position. Once successful, the school, student, parent, Redmako and the employer will work together to arrange a suitable day each week for the student to undertake their course in their workplace. A Redmako trainer will regularly visit the student to assess them and work through their course work, the rest of the time the student is mentored by the store staff to learn all aspects of the back of the house in hospitality. Students are also required to complete book/online theory.
