Once successful, the school, student, parent, Redmako and the employer will work together to arrange a suitable day each week for the student to undertake their course in their workplace. A Redmako trainer will regularly visit the student to assess them and work through their course work, the rest of the time the student is mentored by the store staff to learn all aspects of front of house.
