Each session I had was tonnes of fun and I learnt about my course in a friendly environment! The sessions were sufficient and informative yet fun and enjoyable.
Redmako was the company that had previously trained other staff members at my workplace and we were pleased with the training that they gave us so we continued (and still continue) to train with Redmako.
The key benefit of working with them is their familiarity with our workplace due to previous training. They come to us for the training sessions!
Previously, I had little knowledge of food but now I can follow through with safe work procedures – to prevent harm from staff members and customers. Redmako’s trainers provided me with knowledge of safe food storage and cross-contamination and safe cleaning procedures as well as other laws within the food industry such as the anti-discrimination act. As a result, I can now understand all of the food and drink laws and regulations.
