High Touch Approach

In addition to our very talented trainers support, students are assigned a tutor who will check in regularly with the student to ensure they are progressing and if they are not, provide the support they need. Our Schools team will also continue to work closely with your school to make sure everything runs smoothly.

No minimum numbers

At Redmako we understand the issue of having to reach minimum numbers. We have removed this barrier requiring NO MINIMUM numbers in our Virtual Reality courses. This opens up the possibility for even one interested student to gain their desired qualification. Our classes comprise of students from all over QLD so you don’t need to fill a class.Any number of students are welcome.

Progress reports

We provide you with regular progress reports on your students’ throughout the course.


We know everyone learns differently and requires different support. There are no two schools the same so we are flexible and approach each new partnership with an open outlook ready to meet your school and your students’ needs.We will work with you and take the time to find the best fit for your school.


We are only just a phone call away, you will always be able to reach a member of our schools team to assist you. Your students will be able to contact their trainer though email or phone depending on their course as well as be able to reach out to their tutor when they need assistance. Our Tutors work extended hours so that students can gain support when needed.

What We Offer


At Redmako we are flexible and we aim to provide your school with the support you need to help your students succeed. Our Partnership programs can be delivered by a Redmako trainer, by a teacher at your school or even a mixture of both, we will work with you to find what works best for your school.

All of our programs can be combined with other qualifications to equip your students with additional skills.

We shape our support to reduce headaches & stressors that sometimes can plague programs. This support includes:

Dedicated Enrolment Officers – We assign an Enrolment Officer to your school program to take care of the ENTIRE enrolment process. Yes – we’ll chase the Medicare cards, identification, proof of address & parents signatures!

Tutorial support for students– We understand that students can fall behind or get stuck with a particular assessment item or simply forget their credentials to access the Learning Management System. Students are assigned a dedicated tutor who will monitor their progress or lack thereof & proactively reach out to offer individual support.

Assessment support for Teachers without Currency – Redmako Learning understands that schools regularly face the challenge that Teachers charged with delivering programs often lack currency. To counter this obstacle, Redmako Learning can work with your school to implement strategies for Assessment Support ie. having a Redmako Learning Assessor conduct & sign-off assessment.

Traineeships and Apprenticeships

Redmako Learning is a big believer of the value of Traineeships & Apprenticeships – recognising the work & life skills that can be attained via such, are foundation skills that will stay with students for life. Redmako Learning is very committed to delivering a very professional SAT experience for your students & school.

Vacancy Recruitment Process Redmako Learning believes the learning journey in a Traineeship or Apprenticeship starts well before enrolment or sign-up. We work hard to identify a wide array of employers willing to take on a trainee or apprentice.However, we follow a legitimate recruitment process, instructing the student on how to prepare and put their best foot forward at an interview. Redmako Learning assist students prepare by providing interview guides and questions.We also send these guides to parents encouraging their support of their child via encouragement and practice.

Same, Same but Different Redmako Learning stream our learning resources to flex to different venues, hence students may be doing the same qualification, but it could be constructed by widely varying units as determined by the >trainer upon assessing the resources available in the workplace.

Clustering of Units & Assessment Repetition can be a wonderful tool in education, but it walks the fine line of boredom and disengagement. Redmako Learning works hard in curating all of their Learning resources to maximiseefficiencies and reduce the risk of disengagement by clustering units and assessment wherever possible. This enables much more efficient progression through the qualification & inspires ‘momentum’ which is the fuel that leads to higher completion rates.

Flexible Delivery – Redmako Learning can flex the program to be 100% delivered vocationally or blended, conducting some training & assessment at school and the balance at the workplace.

Dedicated Trainer & Tutor All Redmako Learning trainees and apprentices are assigned a dedicated trainer & tutor. Their trainer will meet them face to face, monthly to inspire them on the subject matter and for assessment purposes. Their tutor will speak to them once to twice per month in between training sessions to ensure they’re progressing with their workbooks and online quizzes.

Reporting we understand it’s critical for you to know the progress of your student within their traineeship or apprenticeship. Our commitment is to send you a monthly report of the progress/status of ALL students you have enrolled with Redmako Learning.

No Minimum Number Programs

At Redmako Learning we know just how difficult it can be to get a full class in order to deliver a program
on campus at school. Here at Redmako, we have tailored 4 of our most popular courses to be delivered
through blended learning consisting of Online, Video Conferencing (VC), Virtual Reality (VR)
and/or Vreddo Class (VClass).

Enhancing remote collaboration & teamwork: The globalisation of Australian business is greatly increasing the use of remote office contact. Redmako Learning’s No Minimum Number programs include group assignments involving collaboration with students from a variety of different schools and locations via video conference and modern business software collaboration tools. Hence not only will the subject matter grow the students, but how they study will mirror increasingly real-world realities and the growth of these skills will be a formidable advantage to students.

Leveraging technology: Video conferencing, webinars, virtual and augmented reality, SAAS apps etc., are commonplace in universities & businesses. Redmako Learning makes them commonplace in our Virtual Reality programs too. We believe increasing technological literacy is an additional fringe benefit to any program your students undertake.

Social / Community: The critical importance of community and social learning isn’t lost on Redmako Learning despite availing our VR/VClass in Schools programs to even just one student in a school. This is because our learning management system has been designed with social plug-ins (e.g. private Facebook groups) and forums to drive social learning and this is paired with integrated gamification to drive student engagement. Whether you have one student enrolling or 60 in a Redmako Learning No Minimum Number in School program, you can rest assured they’ll be plugged into a wonderful community of students from a variety of other schools. Video Confrencing (VC)

Video Confrencing is used for weekly classes as well as practical assesment. Combined with our user-friendly online learning system.

VReddo Classrooms (VClass)

VReddo Classrooms (VClass) Student not wishing to purchase a VR headset
can enter their virtual classroom on our Desktop VReddo Classroom.

Virtual Reality (VR)

Virtual Reality (VR) provides a more immersive 3D experience bringing
online learning to life. Redmako Learning pioneered courses delivered in Virtual Reality (VR) in 2018 and has since expanded course options available for more students to enjoy this revolutionary & cutting-edge way to learn. It’s immersive & truly engaging, bringing to the class features such as teleporting students anywhere in the world & importing holograms.

Benefits of No Minimum Number Programs

  • No minimum number of students: Even if you’ve only got one student wanting to do a particular qualification, we can accommodate them. They will enjoy wonderful community with students from different schools across the state.
  • Flexible delivery: We strongly encourage virtual classroom enrolments however, we can facilitate classroom delivery if this is something your school particularly wants.
  • Tutorial Support: In addition to the weekly class students will enjoy with their trainer, they will be assigned a dedicated tutor who will monitor their progress and lend additional support in-between classes. Redmako Learning understands the critical importance of momentum throughout the course of study, recognising some well-directed ‘pushing and prodding’ can have an impact on realising progress and countering stagnation.
  • Reporting: We understand it’s critical for you to know the progress of your students, that’s why we send you a monthly report featuring an update on their progress, plus any comments from their assigned Trainer & Tutor. In addition, you’ll have an assigned Redmako Learning School Liaison who can assist or get updates / answers for you at any time.
